FYI user details are maintained via your integrated practice management software, and not in FYI.
For practices integrated via Practice Sync, changing the email address must be performed within your Practice Management software.

Step 1 - Add the new email address as an Email Alias in FYI
An FYI Admin will need to add the new email address as an Email Alias against the existing user in FYI. Follow the steps in the section Email Alias of Managing Users.
Step 2 - Change the email address in your Practice Management Software
The user should first log out of FYI, and then update their email address in the practice management software, for example, APS.
Step 2 - Wait for the changes to be synchronised
The synchronisation between FYI and your practice management software occurs every 15mins.
Allow time for the synchronisation to occur, and for the changes to be applied. For further information on viewing User accounts, refer to Managing Users.
