We're excited to announce the launch of the new Automation Import Wizard, available to practices on Pro and Elite plans.
Replacing the existing one step manual import process method, the new Automation Import Wizard guides users through steps when importing custom processes, allowing users to map imported fields and components such as Templates, Views, Custom Fields, Job States to their existing platform settings.
What does this mean for FYI users?
With the Automation Import Wizard, practices can now import custom automation processes with more confidence and control. Whether a process has been exported from the FYI Automation Library, or sharing proven processes across a network of practices, the wizard provides a guided experience to review, map and configure process fields before importing to your platform.
Key features included:

A guided import experience: Step through each stage of the import process to review specific automation fields and details, and confirm how related fields and components should be configured in your platform.

Map to existing fields or import as new: Choose whether fields and components, for example, Templates, Views, Custom Fields and Task Templates, should be mapped to your existing setup or imported as new.

Get more from the FYI Automation Library: Processes imported from the FYI Automation Library now include related fields and components, helping practices get started with pre-configured automations that are easier to review and map to their platform.
- Import multiple processes as an automation bundle: Related automations can be exported together and imported as a single automation bundle, making it easier to import groups of processes together.

The Automation Import Wizard is available to users with Automations permissions on Pro or Elite plans.
