Email AutoFile cannot be disabled practice-wide, however can be disabled for individual users where required. Users will be able to manage their own AutoFile mode from their settings, while FYI Admins will be able to manage the AutoFile mode from the Users List.

Note: New users added to the practice will have their AutoFile mode set to Disabled by default.

When the AutoFile Mode is set to "Disabled" for an individual user, sent or received emails will not display in FYI and will display "Not Filed" in Outlook. All emails must be filed manually.
