Use this Custom Process to update custom field data from a job to its related time entries. This allows you to use custom field information in the Time View and Reports to analyse in more detail.

Custom Process Setup
This process uses the All view for the Practice - Time List.
Note: This will update all time entries for your practice that have been made up to that point in time inside FYI. To update selected time entries only, filter the Time List and create a View. Select this view in the Custom Process to ensure only the relevant time entries are updated.
Update the Update Time/Disbursement step to include your practice’s custom field. Then open the Merge Field selector and choose the relevant {{ TriggerJob }} custom field data to populate the corresponding Time/Disbursement custom field. This applies the data from the Job linked to the Time/Disbursement record. For example, you can populate the Division field from the Job to the Time/Disbursement record.
