This Custom Process sends a reminder to staff members who are missing time entries for the prior week, displayed as Missing Hours on the Home - My Team tab. An additional notification will be sent to the employee's manager to confirm when the reminders have been sent.
This custom automation has been created by the FYI team, ready to be imported to use in your practice.
Tip: After importing this automation, update the Schedule accordingly to suit your practice's needs. For example, run the automation weekly on the weekend, to capture missing time from the prior week.
