We're excited to introduce Forms, our latest powerful feature designed to capture both external and internal information directly in FYI. Forms will allow practices to seamlessly connect client information, workflows and collaboration of capturing information into one streamlined experience.
With such a significant feature, we're rolling Forms out in specific stages.

What does this mean for FYI users?
With the release of Forms, practices are able to enable the Forms feature, and begin to:
- Create Form Templates: Build customised form templates tailored to your practice and client needs, directly in FYI. Get started with ready-to-use sample form templates provided when Forms is enabled.
- Share Forms with Clients: Forms can be sent to clients for quick, compliant and convenient completion.
- Share Forms Externally: Generate a secure direct link to a Form Template and share it externally, including on your practice's website or insert into your email signature.
- Secure Form Sharing using Collaborate: Share Forms with Clients using FYI's New Collaborate feature.
- Additional Workflow Approvals: Additional workflow approval statuses to assist in the approval process, including a Finished state. Forms marked as 'Finished' will be automatically converted to PDF, and the original form will be permanently deleted.
- Capture and update client information: Collect accurate client data and automatically update FYI records in real time.
- Enhanced Automation: Effortlessly managing bulk Form creating, sending and updates, saving time and reducing manual intervention.
- Convert to PDF: Convert completed forms into PDF documents for easy recordkeeping and client sharing.
- Custom Branding: Apply your firm’s logo, colours, and styling to Form Templates to maintain a professional, consistent brand experience.
- Create Dynamic Rules: Add rules to form templates to control the form behaviour. Show or hide fields dynamically based on how the form is completed, without having to create multiple versions of the same template.

Pricing
Forms will be available at no additional cost to practices on the Elite plan.
Pricing details for practices on the Pro plan will be shared closer to the General release.
Rollout Plan
We are pleased to announce that the rollout of Forms has reached Stage 3:

Stage 1: Closed Beta
A select group of Australian and New Zealand practices will collaborate directly with our Product team, to provide valuable feedback. -
Stage 2: Beta Registrations
Beta registrations for Australian and New Zealand Elite practices are now closed. Thank you to all practices who registered their interest, we've had an incredible response and now have enough practices participating in the beta. The next stage will open to all practices as part of the General release. Keep an eye on this article for further updates. -
Stage 3: General for Elite practices
Elite practices for all regions will be able to enable the Forms feature, and officially start creating and sharing Forms. Refer to Announcing the release of Forms. -
Stage 4: Pro practices
Practices on the Pro plan can enable the Forms feature at an additional cost. Further details will be shared closer to the General release.
