Issue
I cannot find my FYI - Processed folder in OneDrive.
Cause
The FYI - Processed folder has been moved or deleted from OneDrive.
Solution
The FYI - Processed folder is automatically generated when one of the following scenarios occurs:
- Documents have finished editing,
- Documents have been converted to PDF within FYI,
- Previewing a document using OneDrive Preview, or
- Documents are imported via your OneDrive FYI - My Imports folder.
If the FYI - Processed folder has been deleted or moved, it will be recreated automatically when one of the above actions occurs.
Note, the FYI - Processed folder only contains temporary files which will be cleared after 14 days. Refer to Why are there documents in my OneDrive FYI - Processed Folder.
