Current User Account
Your FYI login is via your Microsoft 365 account.
If you want to change your password, follow the same steps as if you were changing the password for your Microsoft account.
This procedure can vary across practices but for most, follow the instructions in this Microsoft help article Change your Microsoft account password.
Separate User account
If you need to retrieve the password for another user account, for example if the user is no longer with the practice, you will need to contact your IT Administrator to request a password reset.
If the user has left your practice, before marking the user as inactive you should refer to Steps to Complete before Offboarding a Team Member or Making a User Inactive.
