"Cant find project or library" Visual Basic error when macro enabled Excel workbook is unable to be saved

Issue
Macro enabled workbook is unable to be saved and has the following Visual Basic error:
"Cant find project or library"

Cause
This error occurs if the workbook is a Macro-enabled workbook and has become corrupt.

Solution
Please also contact the FYI Support Team to inform them.

To troubleshoot the issue:

• In FYI, create a new Excel document from a Template.

If there is no error with this new document, then the original workbook has become corrupted.

• Refer to the following Microsoft help articles:
  • Enable or disable macros in Office files (microsoft.com)
  • Can't find project or library
  • Errors were detected while saving (filename)

If the error occurs in the new document:
