How do I logout of the FYI Drawer from Outlook? I have accidentally logged in with the wrong account.

Issue

I accidentally clicked on the wrong account when I logged into FYI from the Outlook drawer.

If the account you had logged in as was a cancelled user account, you will also see the following error:

  • Subscription Halted!

Solution

You will need to log out of the drawer and log back in using the correct account.

  1. Click the cog icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the drawer.

  2. The name of the current user will be displayed, along with the (sign out) link.
     
  3. Click (sign out).
     
  4. The account will be logged out, and the login window will be displayed.
