Issue
I accidentally clicked on the wrong account when I logged into FYI from the Outlook drawer.
If the account you had logged in as was a cancelled user account, you will also see the following error:
- Subscription Halted!
Solution
You will need to log out of the drawer and log back in using the correct account.
- Click the cog icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the drawer.
- The name of the current user will be displayed, along with the (sign out) link.
- Click (sign out).
- The account will be logged out, and the login window will be displayed.
