"Excel.exe - Bad Image" when opening Outlook or exporting Excel from FYI

Issue
When opening Outlook in my desktop or trying to export an Excel file from FYI to my desktop the following message is displayed:

.EXCEL.EXE - Bad Image
C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\netapi32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020.

Solution
You need to contact your IT regarding this error.
