Signed documents manually uploaded to NowInfinity are not displayed in FYI

Issue

We have a signed document that was uploaded manually to NowInfinity, but this has not synchronised into FYI.

Cause

The Import from NowInfinity does not synchronise documents that have been signed and manually uploaded to NowInfinity.

Workaround

You can upload the signed document into FYI using the upload function from the FYI drawer, replacing the original document. Refer to Uploading a New Version of a Document.
