Documents versions are created within the FYI drawer when a user edits a document, keeping a history of changes. You can use Upload in the Document drawer to upload a new version of a document. For example, use this option if you export and change a document outside FYI, then need to upload the new version to FYI.

The maximum file size is 500 MB. The new version must use the same file extension as the existing document. For example, you can only upload a .docx file to an FYI Word document.
