How do I resolve clients that don't match to FYI on import?

As part of migration, your historical documents are imported to FYI.  The FYI import function will attempt to match to clients based on database information or folder names.

If you have any clients that do not match exactly to clients in FYI, the documents are still imported and an Unmatched client is created as the name of the folder imported, or the database client name.  

Unmatched clients can be resolved by matching to the correct active client, or archiving in FYI.  Refer to Unmatched Clients.
