FYI can be used on a mobile device, tablet or iPad with some restrictions. It can be accessed via mobile browsers if required (see below).
Emails and the FYI Drawer for Outlook
- You cannot access the FYI Drawer via mobile versions of Outlook.
- If you have AutoFile turned on, emails sent or received via your mobile will be automatically filed in FYI. Refer to Email AutoFile Settings, Exclusions and Practice Filing Defaults and Setting Defaults and Filing Defaults for your Own Login - My Settings.
- If you do not have AutoFile turned on, emails sent or received via your mobile will need to be subsequently filed from FYI (from your In Tray) or Outlook on your computer.
FYI Drawer for Office
You cannot use the FYI Add-in in Office for mobile so you cannot use the FYI Drawer.
Automation Processes
You cannot display or edit Automation Processes and the message "Sorry, not available on mobile size screens" displays.
Accessing FYI via a Mobile Browser
- Open your mobile browser.
- Go to https://go.fyi.app/
- Log in.
From your mobile, the menu options (Home, Clients, Jobs, Tasks, Documents, Automation, Knowledge) that you see in the FYI app on your computer browser are available via the hamburger icon in the top right-hand corner.
