In Document Lists, an envelope icon displays in the left-hand column for emails. The colour of this icon helps users quickly identify whether an email was received into FYI or sent from FYI.

Envelope Icons

Icon Details
Incoming email icon White envelope – Incoming email. This indicates an email that was received into FYI from an external sender.
Outgoing email icon Blue envelope – Outgoing email. This indicates an email that was sent from FYI, including emails sent or replied to using the FYI Drawer in Outlook or Office.

Email threads

When an email is part of a thread, the icon colour reflects the most recent email in the thread. For example, if the latest email was sent from FYI, the thread will display a blue envelope. If the latest email was received, the thread will display a white envelope.
