If you leave FYI inactive for a period of time, you will be automatically logged out. You will be prompted to log back in order to continue using FYI.
The default is 8 hours of inactive time before a login times out. This timeout can be changed by an FYI Admin, according to the preference of your own practice.
- From FYI, click Settings in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Practice settings from the drop-down, then select General.
- Go to the Settings tab.

In Login Timeout select a value from the drop-down.
