Can I use a single login to access two separate accounts in FYI?

If you are connected to two different practices, for example where both use the same Microsoft 365 email address, you may want to access both FYI accounts using a single login.

FYI is deeply integrated throughout the Microsoft 365 platform, including the automatic filing of emails and calendars. If there is only one email attached to multiple accounts in your practice management software, there is no differentiation of where emails are filed. As a result, it is not possible to use one single login to access two separate accounts in FYI.

You will need a separate Microsoft 365 account for each practice. If you have separate accounts, you can use profiles to switch between them.

Profiles allow you to keep each Microsoft 365 login separate, so emails, calendars, and FYI data remain correctly connected to the relevant practice.
