The Documents List is displaying "Err" when filtering by Edit Status

Issue 

When using the Documents List, filtering by the Edit Status column displays "Err" in the results, and does not return a list of documents.

Cause

A document has been checked out by 2 users at the same time.

Solution

You will need to contact the FYI Support Team to resolve the issue. Ensure you provide the affected user's email address (to identify the account in the FYI platform).
