Legitimate emails sometimes end up in the junk folder if marked as spam by Exchange Online. To avoid this happening, a domain can be whitelisted to ensure trusted senders are not affected.
The details required to add FYI to the whitelist are as follows:
- Domain: fyi.app
- IP Address: subject to change. Use "nslookup" to retrieve the IP address for fyi.app - refer to the Microsoft article nslookup.
