Error "Oh no...an error has occurred." when previewing a document.
Issue
When trying to preview a document in FYI, the following error message is displayed:
- Unable to preview document. Enable Preview Office via OneDrive and try again.
Cause
The content of the document means that it cannot be displayed using the preview method selected.
Solution
Enable the Preview Office via OneDrive option at the bottom of the preview screen. The preview will refresh, and the document will be displayed.
