Issue
When filing a document to FYI from Microsoft Office the following error is displayed:
- File not saved. Please save the document before filing.
Cause
This issue occurs when there is no local copy of the file saved to your computer. The file is unable to be uploaded and filed to FYI.
Solution
We recommend creating your documents using FYI by clicking the + plus button in the top right. The document will be created and you will be able to file it straight away. You can then copy the contents of the original document into the new document created in FYI.
