Can FYI restrict access to specific locations or IP addresses only?

By default, FYI is available to be accessed from any location. 

Some businesses choose to increase their security by preventing access to software from outside their network, for example, by using one of the following methods:

• Blocking locations
• Enforcing approved or compliant device restrictions
• Requiring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for users
• Allowing specific IP addresses only

Users must authenticate with their Microsoft 365 login to access FYI.

IT administrators may elect to implement zone restrictions or Conditional Access policies to the login to prevent unauthorised access.

FYI does not control or administer Conditional Access Policies. Troubleshooting these policies is the responsibility of IT to ensure that these policies are implemented and function as intended.
