Issue
When trying to view or edit documents in FYI, the user encounters an error similar to the following:
- "The permissions on this file were updated and you no longer have rights to view this file"
Cause
The user trying to access the document is logged into an account that's different to the account logged into Microsoft Office.
Solution
The user will need to sign out of Office, and then sign back into the correct account before trying to access the document again.
To log out of Office:
- In a new browser tab, open office.com
- Click the user icon in the top right-hand corner
- Click Sign Out
