This custom process sends summary notifications to the relevant users when a Job Partner or Job Manager is missing from a job. The aim is to ensure that both the 'Unassigned Job Partner' and 'Unassigned Job Manager' views are empty and that all users responsible for job management are assigned to every job.
Practices can also replicate these summary notifications and apply them to your own custom fields.
These custom automations have been created by the FYI team, ready to be imported to use in your practice.
