"Failed to tokenise payment details. Please try again." when updating credit card details for your FYI subscription

Issue

I am trying to update the credit card details for our FYI subscription but when I click Update, the following error displays:

"Failed to tokenise payment details. Please try again."

Cause
The details for the credit card are not correct or are incomplete.

Solution

Review the credit card details and enter them again.
