Prework for New Users & Sample Clients
We understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of your client information, and we also understand how important it is for your team to get hands-on with FYI as soon as possible.
To support your learning journey we have delivered 'Prework for New Users' to your FYI platform, consisting of interactive exercises using a set of sample clients. This will allow users to get hands-on, creating documents and sending emails to sample clients before going live.
It is recommended that Prework is completed in the week leading up to Go Live.
The sample clients can be switched off at any time. Ask your FYI Admin for more information.
Note: Prework is available for FYI Pro and Elite Plans only

Live Q&A Training
A live and personalised training session for your team delivered via Zoom. This session has dedicated Q&A time as well as typical scenarios your team will encounter when starting out with FYI.
It is recommended that this session is delivered within 2 weeks of your team going live with FYI and can be scheduled to coincide with your Go Live Day.
The Learn for New Users and Learn for FYI Admin eLearning courses are are a pre-requisite for this session.
