What's New across FYI
4:56: PDF Management is here at FYI. This allows you to edit and annotate, redact and protect sensitive data and arrange and collate PDFs. Available on our Pro and Elite plans, your team can start managing PDFs from within FYI.
13:31: Secure Link provides a secure way to share sensitive documents and forms directly from FYI, while giving you greater control over access and helping verify the intended recipient. Available on our Pro and Elite plans, Secure Link helps keep documents protected by requiring recipients to enter a verification code before they can access and download them.
18:01: Now available to our Pro practices, FYI Forms makes it easier to collect, manage and action information across your practice. Create Forms to suit your processes, share them with clients or team members, and keep track of every submission in one place. By standardising data collection and reducing manual entry, FYI Forms can also help automate everyday workflows from initial submission through to completion.
What's New for FYI Elite
26:56: Ensuring your practice reconciles is now easier to see with WIP Reconciliation. With both an in-app reconciliation in Practice Ledger and a master sample report template, you have two ways to review, validate and confirm their WIP reconciliation data.
The in-app feature gives you an overall, real-time view of your practice position using all available WIP and invoice data in FYI.
The new WIP Reconciliation Report complements this with a date-based view, allowing you to review WIP movements and invoice totals for a selected period, with the supporting time and invoice data included for further analysis.
32:50: You can now Manage Unfiled Invoices directly within FYI. When invoices are synchronised, a Filing Status is applied to show whether each invoice has been filed to the correct Job, needs review, or should be excluded from WIP reconciliation.
Reviewing and updating the Filing Status helps ensure interim time entries are linked to the correct invoice, supporting accurate reconciliation of invoice and WIP data and more reliable WIP reporting.
40:33: Greater functionality has been enabled when using Home - My Team productivity. You can now drill into each employee’s time records directly from the My Team workspace for a more detailed view of their activity. This is only available for FYI Admins or users in a user group with the My Team Timesheets and Practice Time permissions.

46:31: Introducing five new integrations:
- Elfworks is an AI-powered tax advisory platform available to Australian practices. The integration with FYI allows client records to be brought into Elfworks, with generated file notes then uploaded and filed back against the relevant client in FYI.
- PM Hub is a practice management application for Australian and New Zealand practices, helping streamline day-to-day activities, track revenue from suppliers and fund managers, and manage direct charges related to client advisory services.
- StructureGram is a diagramming tool for Australian and New Zealand practices, allowing you to create client structure diagrams and family trees and file them directly into FYI, keeping the latest diagrams accessible from the client workspace.
- Rechargly is now available to practices on the Elite plan, helping simplify the management and automation of software payments made on behalf of clients.
- Practices using NowInfinity with the Import from NowInfinity ASIC Statement and Resolution - Import & AutoFile automation enabled can now import signed ASIC Form 362, Form 484 and custom form documents directly into FYI.
