  • Addition of Workflow Jobs. When the Workflow Jobs function is enabled for your practice, XPM Tasks that are set up for Jobs in Xero Practice Manager are synced to FYI and are created as Workflow Jobs. This creates "sub-jobs" within the overall Billing Job.

  • CURNN Returns are now being pulled through from Xero Practice Manager to FYI with the correct tax year.
  • When adding the Description to a Task, after selecting the Status, the cursor now correctly remains inside the Description field.
  • When adding a Client or Job Custom Field with the type of "Email", this now correctly syncs to Xero Practice Manager with the Type correctly set as "Email".
  • When syncing a client to myprosperity from the Client - Apps tab, this now correctly syncs all types of clients, not just an individual client.
  • In Notifications, clicking the link to a document in a Comment now correctly displays the document.

  • FYI can now be integrated with PDFit which is an online PDF management and collation software, allowing users to edit PDFs in the cloud rather than desktop. Refer to Integration with PDFit.

  • In Jobs Bulk Update, users who do not have permissions to edit Jobs can now only update the fields they have permissions to update.
  • In the Client workspace, sorting on the Partner or Manager is now working correctly.
  • Xero Ledger reports run for  New Zealand sites now reflect the financial year for New Zealand of 1 April to 31 March.
  • When sending documents for signature via Annature or FuseSign, if the Client and the Contact have the same email address, the Contact’s name and mobile is used and if the Contact does not have a mobile number specified, the Client's mobile number is sent through with the signature request.
  • For practices integrated with BGL CAS360, the Status now displays in the Client - Corporate Affairs tab, for example, as Paid, Signed, etc.
  • When a new Job is created in FYI and then updated to Cancelled, or created in FYI with the State as Cancelled, this is now updated correctly to Cancelled in Xero Practice Manager. 

  • The Run and Test is now working correctly for an Automation Process that uses a Job View as the filter and where the View is saved with a decimal or number custom field column that is sorted.

  • When editing an "Active" Automation Process, and the Status is set to "Active", if relevant for the changes that have been made, when you click the Back button or leave the page, a message displays as a reminder that changes will not be applied if the Process is already in progress. Refer to Setting up Automation Processes.

  • If an email with attachments is autofiled with more than one client, the attachment(s) now follow the same rules as the email and display the selection for which client to file the attachment(s) under.
  • When sending an Excel Spreadsheet document as a PDF using email sharing or an Automation Process, these are now being correctly converted to PDF. 
  • When removing a Group or a Client from the Group/Client/Job search, this now correctly displays all three drop-downs for Group, Client and Job.
  • Corrections to the Bulk Export to an Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 directory (which is only available on demand).
    • When Phone Calls, File Notes or Meetings have been exported using the Bulk Export, if these are re-imported to FYI they are now set with the correct document type and contain the correct details and descriptions.
    • When Excel .xlsm files have been exported using the Bulk Export, if these are re-imported to FYI they are no longer converted to .xlsx files.
    • Files that are assigned to System or with no user are now being exported.
    • Additional S3 export folders now have the correct time assigned to each folder.
    • Unwanted characters, such as a full stop in client names, are now replaced with an underscore in the export file names and folder path names.

  • The Due Date in Tasks created by an Automation Process now has the additional options of 10 days, 14 days, 21 days or 28 days that can be set. Refer to Process Step Details - Creating Documents and Tasks.

  • In the Automations - Apps - Xero Practice Manager Settings, the overnight sync of Custom Fields to FYI can be disabled by setting the Sync Custom Fields From XPM option to "Off". When this is disabled, Client and Job Custom Fields are maintained in FYI and synced to Xero Practice Manager. The Sync from PM can still be used to sync the values for Custom Fields selected for the specific Client or specific Job from Xero Practice Manager to FYI. Refer to Resetting your connection between FYI and Xero Practice Manager.

  • Changing the client in a document is now correctly displaying the client in the drawer.
  • Changing the client in the Client workspace now correctly displays the Documents tab when clicked.
  • When searching for a client with the firstname and surname, this is now correctly finding clients that have a middle name.
  • Corrections to the Bulk Export to an Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 directory (which is only available on demand).
    • The metadata created on, created by, modified on and modified by is updated to the documents.
    • Archived documents are included in the export.
    • Excel .xlsm files are no longer converted to .xlsx files.
