New Collaborate uses Microsoft SharePoint to facilitate sharing documents securely to recipients. SharePoint has several limits that can directly impact practices using New Collaborate:
- SharePoint visitor groups can hold a maximum of 5,000 external users.
- SharePoint document libraries can support a maximum of 50,000 unique shares.
If these limits are exceeded, using Share No Email may cause errors when sharing documents. For more information, refer to Microsoft's SharePoint Limits article.
Practices with over 5,000 clients may need to consider using a Client Secured Collaborate instead.
