Archived Processes can be restored when they are needed again. When restored, the Process has the Status set to Draft and will not run until it is set to Active.
Restoring a Process
- In FYI, click the Automation menu option. The Processes tab on the Automation dashboard displays.
- Click the List button to display the Processes as a list.
- Update the Status filter and select Archived.
- Click the relevant Process name to open the Process for editing.
- Click Restore.
The Process is restored with the Status set to Draft.
