Integration with StructureGram (Australia and New Zealand only)

The FYI integration with StructureGram allows you to file StructureGram client structure diagrams and family trees into FYI, so each client's workspace always holds their latest organisational structure diagrams.

This integration is available to all Australian and New Zealand practices on the Pro or Elite plan.

• Generate client structure diagrams as PNG, PDF, or both.
• Select FYI clients in StructureGram to ensure diagrams are are available in the correct client's workspace.
• File directly from StructureGram to an FYI cabinet.

Connecting StructureGram to FYI

Step 1 - Obtaining the Access Key ID and the Access Key Secret from FYI

1. In FYI, select Automation, then the Apps tab
   
2. Locate the StructureGram app and select the cog icon.
3. Select Create new secret. This will generate a new Access Key ID and Secret Key used to connect to FYI.
   
4. The Access Key Secret and Secret Key ID will be displayed. Select the clipboard icon next to each code to copy and paste it to StructureGram or a secure location, for example, a vault.
   You can only view the Secret Key ID when it is first generated. If you need it again, disconnect and reconnect the integration to generate new credentials.

Step 2 - Adding the FYI Access Key and Access Key Secret to StructureGram

Once you have obtained the key details from FYI, you can add them to StructureGram to connect the integration.

1. In StructureGram, open Account Settings and select Integrations.
2. Find FYI and select Connect to FYI.
3. Enter the Access Key ID and Secret Key ID copied earlier.
4. Select Submit.
