We’re excited to announce the Annature integration with FYI has been extended to support Annature's new Identity Verification feature.
This feature allows practices to request and manage identity verification through Annature, with verification details and a Certificate of Verification automatically synchronised back to FYI.

What does this mean for FYI users?
Identity Verification enhances the Annature integration by allowing practices to manage verification workflows alongside digital signatures.
- Send verification requests directly from Annature using client information synchronised from FYI.
- Automatically sync verification details into FYI Custom Fields for visibility and record keeping (available to practices integrated with Xero Practice Manager only).
- Optional Import of Certificate of Verification into FYI, automatically filed against the relevant client.
- Create disbursements automatically when identity verification is completed, ready to be invoiced (available to practices on the Elite plan with FYI as the Practice Management source).
Who is this available for?
Identity Verification is available now to all practices using the Annature integration.
