If we stop using a third party provider, such as a Corporate Compliance provider, what happens to the Web Links to the documents on that service?

What happens to documents that are imported as Web Links from a third party provider (such as NowInfinity or BGL) if we stop using that service?

Where PDFs to the documents themselves have been imported (such as the annual reviews), you will still have access to these in FYI.

Where only Web Links are provided (such as for the asset documents) you will no longer have access to these documents if you no longer have access to the provider. Ensure you have exported any of these documents while you still have access and these can be imported directly into FYI.
