If we stop using a third party provider, such as a Corporate Compliance provider, what happens to the Web Links to the documents on that service?

Some third-party integrations with FYI import documents as Web Links - a URL for the document within the other platform.

If you stop using this service and cannot log into that platform, you will no longer have access to those documents. Where PDFs of the documents have been imported (such as the annual reviews), these will be retained in FYI, and you will still have access. 

Before cancelling your access to the third-party integration, ensure you have exported any relevant documents and imported them into FYI.
