The Client Group Name can be edited in FYI for practices on the Elite plan with FYI as the Practice Management Source, and no integrated practice management platforms.
If your practice is using another practice management platform, you will need to update the Client Group details in your external system, for example, Xero Practice Manager.
Editing Client Groups
- From the Clients List, select the Client Group you want to edit.
- The Client Group Workspace will be displayed.
- Click the Edit option.
- Update the Client Group Name as required.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
