Waive is an ASIC compliance management software that automates annual reviews, document tracking and client reminders, allowing practices to stay on top of their ASIC compliance.
This integration is available to practices in Australia only. For more information, visit waive.com.au or click here to get started with a free trial.
Features of the Integration
Connecting Waive to FYI enables practices to automatically synchronise ASIC-related documents directly into FYI.
With this integration, practices can:
- Automatically synchronise companies from FYI into Waive.
Note: Companies are matched using the ACN.
- Select preferred Cabinets to file Annual Reviews, Invoices, Company Changes and General Documents
- Ensure ASIC documents are consistently filed and accessible within FYI.
Connecting Waive to FYI
Step 1 - Obtain the Access Key ID and Access Key Secret from FYI
- From FYI, click the Automation menu option.
- Click the Apps tab.
- Click the Waive Corporate Compliance cog icon to edit the integration.
- Click Create new secret. This will generate a new Access Key ID and Secret Key used to connect to FYI.
- The Access Key ID and Secret Key ID will be displayed. Click the clipboard icon to copy each of the keys and paste it in Waive or a secure location, for example, a vault.
Important: You can only view the Secret keys the first time this window is displayed. If the Keys are required again, you must disconnect your integration and request a new Key before you reconnect your integration.
- Click Close once you have saved the Access Key ID and Secret Key ID to a secure location.
Step 2 - Adding the FYI Access Key ID and Secret Key ID into Waive
Once you have obtained the Key details from FYI, you can add them to Waive to connect the integration.
