We’re excited to announce a new integration with Cradle, a cloud-based phone system, replacing traditional desk phones and phone services to allow users to make and receive calls from anywhere.
The Cradle integration enhances how practices manage client communication by automatically recording and filing phone call activity directly into FYI. This ensures that all client interactions are accurately captured and easily accessible, reducing manual effort and improving visibility across your practice.
What does this mean for FYI users?
The integration with Cradle offers the following benefits:
- Automatic client matching - Calls are matched using client and contact phone numbers stored in FYI, ensuring accurate filing without manual intervention.
- Phone Call Records created and filed automatically - Each call is recorded in FYI and filed to the relevant client, reducing manual handling and improving efficiency.
- Call transcriptions captured - Full transcripts are created for each call, supporting record-keeping requirements and providing complete context.
- Source tracking for automation - Phone Call records are created with a Source of "Cradle", enabling filtering, and the use of Automation Processes such as follow-up Tasks or time entries.
- Centralised communication history - All client call activity is stored within FYI, giving users a complete and accessible communication record.
Who is this available for?
The Integration with Cradle is available now to all users on the Pro and Elite plans.
