When creating a Form, you may need to collect repeating information such as multiple Directors or Shareholders. FYI Forms currently does not support dynamic or repeatable fields where you can click an “Add” button to create additional fields as needed.
Instead, when building a Form Template you can add a fixed number of repeated fields in advance, estimating how many entries users may require. For example, if you expect up to five directors, you would create five separate Director fields within the Form template. Refer to Creating Forms Templates.
