Yes. An upload field can be added to a Form template, allowing clients to upload additional documents when submitting a Form.
How does this work?
- Add the Upload field to the relevant Form template.
Tip: If multiple files need to be uploaded, ensure the "Multiple Uploads" field is selected in the File Upload Component.
- When the client completes the Form, they can attach one or more documents using the upload field. Note the following file upload limitations:
- Individual files must be less than 25 MB.
- A maximum of 20 files can be uploaded at once.
- ZIP files are not supported.
- Image files have a maximum size limit of 10 MB.
- Once the form is Submitted, the uploaded documents are automatically filed to FYI.
- The uploaded documents are stapled to the original Form document for easy reference.
This ensures all supporting documentation is stored together with the submitted Form.
