FYI is not built with zero-knowledge architecture. We use encryption in transit and at rest with unique encryption keys per subscription, Microsoft 365-based authentication, and AWS-hosted infrastructure. 

FYI does not implement a zero-knowledge model where the provider has no ability to access encrypted data or metadata.
