We’re excited to announce that the Optimised Job Sync feature is now available for all practices integrated with Xero Practice Manager.
This update delivers a more streamlined and responsive synchronisation experience, giving practices greater control and visibility, while reducing the impact on Xero Practice Manager Rate Limits.
What does this mean for FYI users?
The Optimised Job Sync feature offers the following benefits to users:

Faster synchronisation - New jobs created in XPM are synchronised to FYI within approximately 15 minutes. For practices where FYI as Primary is not enabled, the job's Custom Field values will also be synchronised if the Sync Custom Fields from XPM setting is enabled in the XPM app in FYI.

Manually Sync Individual Jobs - The new Sync Job button in the Job Workspace allows users to sync changes to individual jobs only, removing the need to bulk sync all jobs and reducing the impact on the XPM Rate Limits. This sync updates the standard Job Detail fields, and if FYI as Primary is not enabled, Custom Field values.
- Remove Sync from Job Lists and Boards - The Sync option will be removed from all Jobs List and Jobs Boards. Please note that FYI Admins and users assigned to a User Group with permissions enabled for Automations can still prompt a manual sync for all jobs from the Xero Practice Manager app in FYI.

The Optimised Job Sync is available now to all users on all plans integrated with Xero Practice Manager.
