FYI is excited to announce a new integration with Socket, enabling seamless proposal management and engagement document handling. This integration is available for all practices in the United Kingdom.
Once connected, approved proposals and key documents such as engagement letters are automatically synchronised back to FYI, ensuring a single source of truth for client information, documents and follow-up work.
What does this mean for FYI users?
The integration with Socket offers the following benefits:
- Client and Contact Sync: Automatically retrieve client and contact details from FYI into Socket, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring proposals are created using accurate, up-to-date information.
- Proposal Workflow: When a proposal is marked as Won in Socket, FYI is automatically notified, reducing duplication of effort by creating or updating the client and synchronising any related jobs or tasks.
- Document Synchronisation: Engagement letters and proposal documents are automatically shared into FYI, removing the need for manual uploads and providing centralised, consistent document storage.
- Smoother Client Onboarding: Automate key handover steps to reduce administrative overhead and enable a faster, more reliable transition from proposal acceptance to service delivery.
Who is this available for?
The Socket integration is available to practices in the United Kingdom on the Pro or Elite plan.
