Process Filter Details - Invoice

The Invoice filter is available when creating Custom Automation Processes, allowing practices to create an automation based on employees within FYI. For example, adding notifications for invoices with the status of Draft, or Awaiting Payment.

Invoice - View Filters

To use the Invoice - View Filters filter:

  1. From the Process Details tab, click the edit icon next to Filter.

  2. Select the Filter Type of Invoice - View Filters.

  3. Select a view from the drop-down.
    Note: If the required view is not displayed, ensure the view has been enabled for Automations. Refer to Managing Views.
     
  4. Enable the Run Only Once Per Invoice option to prevent the automation from running multiple times for the same invoice.
