The Practice Activity - View Filters Automation Filter allows practices to perform actions based on events displayed in Practice Activity.
For example, practices may wish to send notifications when an "Action Required" or "Failure" event occurs.
Practice Activity - View Filters
To use the Practice Activity - View Filters filter:
- From the Process Details tab, click the Edit icon next to the Filter.
- Select the Filter Type of Practice Activity - View Filters.
- Select a View from the drop-down.
Note: If the required view is not available, ensure the view has been enabled for Automations. Refer to Managing Views.
- Enable the Run Only Once Per Practice Activity option to prevent the automation from running multiple times for the same event.
- Click Save.
