What does this mean for FYI users?
Trained on FYI’s extensive Help Centre content, the FYI Support Assistant allows practices to easily access instant help and guidance, to help resolve queries or understand features faster.

Access help instantly - The Support Assistant is accessed from within FYI, so you can ask questions without interrupting your workflow. Whether you're exploring a feature, clarifying a process or troubleshooting an issue, the Support Assistant provides instant answers and will direct you to relevant resources for additional information.

Powered by FYI's Help Centre - The Support Assistant draws from the same knowledge base you already rely on, so you can be confident that the information you receive is consistent, reliable, and up to date.

Include contextual information - When you start a new chat with the Support Assistant, it will automatically identify where you are in FYI to provide additional context to your query. If you need to log a support ticket, the assistant will also include details on the job or client that you're referring to, so the support team can provide assistance faster.
- Create support requests for extra support - If your query requires further assistance, you can create a support request directly from within the assistant. Your chat history will be included, so you can experience a more streamlined, guided support journey.
