FYI is excited to announce a new integration with OnboardMe, a platform that automates client onboarding, engagement letters, and payments with secure identity verification, allowing practices to move new clients from sign-off to paid and onboard without manual admin intervention. Using this integration, client information will be synchronised between both FYI and OnboardMe, and autofile signed engagements and onboarding forms.
What does this mean for FYI users?
This integration provides practices with a seamless, end-to-end onboarding experience by synchronising client data and engagement documents between both platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and significantly reduced manual administration. Key benefits include:
- Bi-directional synchronisation of client data between FYI and OnboardMe.
- FYI Cabinets, Categories and Job Templates are available within OnboardMe.
- Ability to create new clients and deploy jobs from OnboardMe directly into FYI.
- Automatic filing of signed engagement letters, onboarding documents and eForms into FYI.
Who is this available for?
The Onboard Me integration is available for all FYI users on the Pro or Elite plans.
