Process Filter Details - Task

The Task - View Filters Automation filter is available when creating Custom Automation Processes, and allows practices to send notifications based on a Task view. For instance, you might use the filter to select a view that shows overdue or unassigned tasks, and then trigger a summary notification to a particular user.

Task - View Filters

To use the Task - View Filters filter:

  1. From the Process Details tab of your automation process, click the Edit icon next to Filter.

  2. Select the Filter Type of Task - View Filters.

  3. Select a View from the drop-down.
    Note: If the required view is not displayed, ensure the view has been enabled for Automations
     
  4. Enable the Run Only Once Per Task option to prevent the automation from running multiple times for the same task.

  5. Click Save.
