Issue
When uploading an attachment to the File Upload field of a Client or Internal Form, the following error is displayed:
- File size is too large. Please reduce the size of the file.
- Incorrect file type. Please select a file with a different type.
Cause
When uploading attachments to the File Upload field of a form, there are file upload limitations. Files that exceed the defined limits or are of an unsupported type will fail to upload.
Solution
Users should review the following file upload limitations to ensure the file being uploaded meets all requirements:
- Individual files must be less than 30 MB.
- A maximum of 20 files can be uploaded at once.
- ZIP or .exe files are not supported.
