The Client filter is available when creating Custom Automation Processes, allowing practices to automate processes based on clients in FYI. For example, practices may use the filter to trigger an automation when a client meets certain view conditions, for example, sending a bulk email to clients with a specific Custom Field option selected.

Depending on the filter selected, users will be able to select an existing Client List view, or using the Select Filters option, update the fields to filter the data from within the Automation Process.
