The Employee - Tasks tab displays the tasks that have been created for the employee, including both stand-alone tasks, and tasks that have been created for emails and documents related to the employee.
Employee Tasks Layout
The Employee Tasks tab displays as a List with information displayed in columns. Users will be able to sort, filter, add and remove columns. Refer to Using the Tasks Lists.
Please note that the Client Group column will display the Team the employee is assigned to.
Employee Task Functions
Toolbar
The toolbar contains a variety of functions to allow users to easily view and manage tasks.
Right-click on individual tasks in the List view to display the Toolbar as a menu.

| Select all button |
Used to bulk-select tasks in the list. (List only). |
| View selector |
Displays the list of Task Views available to the list. Default views appear at the top of the View selector with a divider, followed by saved views. |
| Search tasks |
Used to search Tasks. Type in the search terms and press Enter to filter tasks. |
| Delete |
Used to delete the selected Tasks. This function can only be performed by the creator of the task or an FYI Admin. |
| Bulk Update |
Allows users to apply updates to multiple tasks at a time, for example, to change the Assignee or Status. Select one or more tasks in the list to display the Bulk Update function. |
| Task Link |
Copies the link of the selected task to your clipboard and can be pasted outside of FYI, or used in emails to other internal users. When a user is directed to a document via a Task Link, this opens the Tasks list with the relevant task selected and the drawer open. This is not available when more than one task has been selected in the list. |
| Cancel |
Deselects the tasks selected in the list. |
| Refresh button |
Refreshes the Tasks to show updated information. |
| View tools |
Allows users to save the view, reset the view to the default settings, or export the Documents List to a CSV file. |
Column Functions
The following Column functions are available for the Tasks list. For more details on using Task Lists, refer to Using the Tasks Lists.

Hover over the column heading and click the List icon. The following options will become available:
Note: Autosizing and pinned columns will reset to default settings upon leaving the list or changing views, unless the view is saved with the changes made. |
| Filter icon |
The Filter icon is displayed as a funnel with three horizontal lines. Click the icon to filter the options as required, or click Reset to return to the default settings. When a column has been filtered, the Filter icon will be displayed in green. Note: If the icon is not displayed, that column cannot be filtered. Refer to Sorting and Filtering Lists. |
| Column Order | Drag and drop the column heading to change the order in which columns are displayed within that list. |
| Column Width | Drag the edge of the column heading to increase or decrease the width of the column. Tip: Double-click the edge of the column to automatically resize the width to fit all contents. |
| Adding Columns |
Click the Columns tab on the left-hand side. Columns that are saved in the current view are displayed in alphabetical order. Search and tick additional columns in the list to add the Column to the view. Tip: You can search for columns at the top of the Columns tab. |

| Task Icons |
The Jobs Task List will display various icons on the right to allow users to easily identify additional information about each task. For example, tasks created by an automation process will display the Automation icon. The Comments icon, a speech bubble, will be displayed where the task has comments.
